Garlicky Spaghetti







The garlic is one of the greatest gift from the nature to us, it's not has a good unique taste only but it's benifits for our health re enormous. And Spaghetti is one of the best meals for everyone, so GARLICKY SPAGHETTI would be a great choice for adlutls, teens and children too .
You'll need :

  • 6 gloves of garlic 
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp of red pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt 
  • 1/2 kg of spaghetti 
  • 1/2 tsp of butter
  • 3-5 packs of anshovy filets (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon (juice and zests)
  • 150 g of parmesan (grated)
  • 150g of parsley (chopped)

1. Mince 3 gloves of garlic , in medium-high heat put 3 tsp of olive oil and add the 3 gloves of garlic, the bread crumbs , the salt and the red pepper powder. Cook untill the breadcrumbs turn to golden , for about 3min. The remove the bredcrumbes and put on a paper towel .

2. Slice the other 3 gloves of garlic thinly. Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions , and reserve 1 cupnof the pasta water.

3. Return skillet to medium heat and add the remaining of olive oil and butter.  After the butter has melted add the sliced garlic and anshovies. Cook for 2 min.

4. Add pasta to skillet and toss. Add the parmesan and the lemon juice and zests then add the cup of pasta water that you saved. Ad the breadcrumbs and the parsley and toss. 

5. Serve immidiatly and enjoy.

For 4 people.
