Loose weight easy and fast
Lof us want to find an easy and fast way to loose weight .
I found a way , it worked for may and for me too personally .
It's just some little habits that will change your life, it's not hard , better say it's easy .
Let's start with the morning , before eating anything , take 1 little piece of garlic and drink it with a cup of water . That will clean all your body and keep the hunger away for a while .
Eggs helps you to not feel hungry for some hours , so 2 boiled eggs can be 1 meal .
When you feel hungry , eat some vegetables or fruits . Not a lot , like 1 apple and a half cucumber or 1 banana and 1 carrot . That will keep away the hunger and keep your body healthy .
Try to balance your meals and don't eat a lot of fries .
Sports will help you , everybody knows !
There are some delicious drinks which helps too like :
- A cup of water + 1 tsp of honey + some lemon juice.
- Mix of cucumber + lemon juice + apple
- Water + lemon juice + some ginger + mint
- Garlic milk
I know many people don't want to make sports, just try and try to make sports one of your habits , and you'll see who you will become , I assure you'll become a better version of yourself !
